Meat
Low in saturated fat and high in protein, alpaca meat is one of the leanest and most sustainable farmed red meats available worldwide. As we raise pasture fed alpacas mostly for their luxurious fiber, we only offer a limited amount of meat directly at our farm. The meat is processed in a government certified facility and comes vacuum sealed and frozen.
Depending on availability, we offer ground meat, sausages as well as a variety of other cuts.
Our sausages are available in 7 different flavors:
Merguez, Bacon & Cheddar, Mild Italian, Fine Herbs, Tomatoes & Basil, Dijon Mustard, Breakfast sausages
